Ingredients

cup
leafy greens
kale, chard, spinach, collards, etc.
1/2
cup
herbs
Mint, basil, thai basil, parsley, etc.

liquid
water, milk, dairy-free milk, juice, etc.

frozen fruit

banana
1/2
cup
of ice

Instructions
Remove leafy greens from any fibrous stems (if applicable).
Tightly pack leafy greens in a measuring cup.
Add leafy greens, herbs and liquid to the blender and blend until smooth.
Chop up fruit into small chunks.
Add frozen fruit and banana chunks to the blender and puree until smooth and creamy.
Pour into glasses and serve!
Notes
Highly customizable! You can use fresh fruit instead of frozen, or add things not on our ingredients list, such as honey!
